Out of Warranty Repairs.

​A £35.00 (ex-VAT)/ €42 inspection fee will be charged for all Out of Warranty products before RMA authorisation number can be issued.

This can be paid at: OOW Fee

​

This fee covers the inspection of the unit for the fault described in the RMA form submitted and return shipping to mainland UK addresses only.

​

The LILIN UK repairs department will contact you with the cost of repair for approval and payment before carrying them out.

 

We cannot guarantee that the product can be repaired; if repair is not possible a quotation for equivalent product will be issued and original faulty product can either be returned to you or disposed of safely by LILIN UK.

 

Any RMA form where a serial number is not provided for warranty check will be processed as an Out of Warranty repair.
