Established in Taipei, Taiwan in 1980 by the three Hsu brothers, LILIN are a global manufacturer of security solutions, focusing on providing exceptional image quality and remaining agile and able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing security landscape.
All LILIN products are designed, developed and manufactured in-house, and we are proud to offer a full range of NDAA-compliant products, from cameras to multi-site VMS projects, in 1080P to 4K resolution, including the latest Edge AI cameras. Specialist ranges include NEMA 4X marine grade cameras, a TOF Radar solution and award-winning gyrostabilized PTZ.
We have approached AI slightly differently- developed from our proprietary AI platform, AIDA, it is now available on the 'Edge' of our cameras. This allows customers to build customised solutions, choosing their preferred camera chassis and adding the AI license, with no additional hardware required. Customers can also build their own AI license using our YOLO cloud platform- making LILIN's AI options truly limitless.

LILIN advocate for strong cyber-security policies and have partnered with companies including Deloitte Taiwan to develop a rigorous testing process that continues throughout the product's lifespan. These ongoing tests allow us to provide our customers with the comfort of knowing that their surveillance system is secure, and maintaining this security is a top priority for LILIN.

The Merit LILIN UK branch office was established in Milton Keynes in 1999, intended to act as the European hub for the company providing stock, distribution and support. Our custom-built building includes a 24,000-square-foot warehouse, allowing us to provide next-day delivery for mainland UK orders and consignments to Europe.

Our dedicated demonstration facility provides an ideal location for client specification meetings and our fully equipped training room can be booked for individual sessions with our product and sales managers. Our award-winning training course runs quarterly, and we have developed numerous project-build tools and online guides that are available to all customers. Our UK technical department provides unrivalled support within the industry and a quick turnaround on our in-house product repairs, reflecting our commitment to excellence in customer service and experience.
